Consumer Guide

Registered migration agents are required to provide the Consumer Guide (in English) to clients after agreeing to do work for them, but before starting that work. The Migration Agent Register Authority (MARA)  requires all agents to make note that the Consumer Guide has been provided to the client. The Consumer Guide, highlight the role and obligation the agent has to his client.  A copy of consumer guide can be found below.
